For anyone starting out stretching please do your research first. Stretching should not hurt, it should only ever be done on a healed, settled piercing.
Dead stretching is the most recommended method but we realise this is not achievable for everybody. Taping is a good alternative, if you are using the taping method we sell bondage tape for this purpose.
Please note: Acrylic is not recommended for stretching and we highly advise against stretching with silicone.
