We’ve just switched Aussie shipping back on after a bit of a ticket printing issue, apologies as Aussie is not included in our free shipping as the fees are a bit hefty, shipping is via NZ Post, untracked shipping takes 1-2 weeks and is $15, tracked courier shipping is $25 and takes approx 1 week. We will lower the shipping costs as soon as we can but this is currently the best rate we can get. Art prints incur an extra $5 shipping fee – further info below.
We’re happy to organise international shipping but do not offer it as a default, shipping is typically around NZD$20-$40. Please get in touch if you’d like to place an international order.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t got it, or it’s super mega delayed, or there’s any issue at all – please just get in touch! Once an order leaves our hands and gets accepted into the courier network it’s technically out of our hands, but we’re a little bit of a ‘good vibes are more important than good profits’ kinda outfit – so we’ll happily work something out for you ✌🏻
Returns – We are happy to accept returns for a full refund providing they are returned in original condition with original packaging & unworn. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The items be returned must be sent back within 10 days of the original order. We do not restock returns or exchanges of any jewellery, returns and exchanges are accepted as a good will gesture as we don’t believe it is hygienic to resell returned jewellery that’s intended for body piercings.
Faulty Items – All of our items are inspected before being sent out but if a cheeky faulty item slips through the cracks then we will quite happily either replace the item if a replacement is available or fully refund your order. Pop over to our contact page and flick us a message.
We’re updating our loyalty system, every cumulative spend of $100 will automatically get a $5 voucher emailed. Due to recently switching our website platform we’ve had to restart our system, all customers that had between $1-$100 value in points will be sent a $5 voucher to make up for it. Most of the time it’s overnight, but allow 3-4 days over weekends or just general exceptions in the courier network, us catching the odd bug etc, if your order is urgent just shout out and we’ll make sure it gets sent out asap.
