Shipping, Returns & Customer Service

• Urban: Spend $40 or more for FREE tracked overnight courier (1-2 business days).
• Rural: Spend $60 or more for FREE tracked overnight courier (1-2 business days).
• Flat rates for orders not qualifying for free shipping: $4.50 (standard) or $6.50 (rural) with tracked overnight courier.
• Excludes art prints & larger items; they have a $5 extra shipping fee.
• Orders $100+ include signature required.
• Orders under $100 can have free signature added upon request.
• Same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, except those needing communication/clarification.

We’ve just switched Aussie shipping back on after a bit of a ticket printing issue, apologies as Aussie is not included in our free shipping as the fees are a bit hefty, shipping is via NZ Post, untracked shipping takes 1-2 weeks and is $15, tracked courier shipping is $25 and takes approx 1 week. We will lower the shipping costs as soon as we can but this is currently the best rate we can get. Art prints incur an extra $5 shipping fee – further info below.

We’re happy to organise international shipping but do not offer it as a default, shipping is typically around NZD$20-$40. Please get in touch if you’d like to place an international order.

• Shipping timelines apply to business days only and exclude public holidays.
• CourierPost, like most courier companies run on business days only and in some areas occasionally deliver on a Saturday.
• We unfortunately can not guarantee shipping times due to shipping being out of our control once in the hands of the postal service.
• 99% of the time overnight orders are delivered overnight but from time to time they can take a couple of days. Sometimes we have to take sick days and the likes, but that’s very rare.
• If your order is urgent just let us know, we’ll make sure it goes out in the next courier pickup.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t got it, or it’s super mega delayed, or there’s any issue at all – please just get in touch! Once an order leaves our hands and gets accepted into the courier network it’s technically out of our hands, but we’re a little bit of a ‘good vibes are more important than good profits’ kinda outfit – so we’ll happily work something out for you ✌🏻
