In order to ensure maximum numbing, please DON’T DRINK ANY FORM OF ALCOHOL within 24 hours of Tattooing, or the numbing may not be as effective or long lasting.
Please spot test the day prior to use on a small area that’ll be tattooed the next day, especially if you have sensitive skin for 10-20 mins on a small area to ensure that your skin doesn’t become inflamed. Some minor localised redness is normal.
Steps for use:
- Wash and exfoliate the area to be tattooed, lasered or pierced quite thoroughly with soap, water and exfoliator to remove dirt and dead skin this will help the cream penetrate.
- Dry area completely.
- Apply a thick amount of numbing cream (2mm thick) to the area and rub in thoroughly.
- Cover with cling film. The heat under the plastic wrap helps activate the cream and keeps the cream from drying out.
- Leave cream and wrap in place for 90 minutes before procedure.
- After 90 minutes, remove the cling film and wipe the cream away with paper towel and you’re ready for your pain free tattoo!
N.B. For long procedures lasting hours over large areas; it is recommended to split the tattoo into 3 hour sessions and apply and remove the cream to each section prior to starting. Ie a 9 hour day split into 3 x 3 hour sessions and 3 tubes of cream.
Skin typically remains numb for 3-4 hours once cream is removed depending on your skin type and location on the body.
Only leave on broken skin for 30 minutes at a time.

Why Are Plugs And Tunnels Sold Individually?
All plugs and tunnels - unless explicitly stated otherwise - are sold individually. This is because a lot of our customers either have a single stretched ear, ears at 2 different sizes or multiple stretched piercings.
The reason all of our photos have a pair shown is so that you can see front and side pics at a glance, we realise some pics are both from the front, this is for consistency if we can't get a good side shot. We keep in mind that most people have a preference as to single flare, double flare or screw back plugs & tunnels.
We're also not the sorts to try scrounge every last cent out of you guys hence not forcing you to buy 2 earrings at once. The earrings we sell as pairs are done so due to being matching (ie a left and a right), super limited styles or last available pairs.
Jewellery Materials Info
All of our steel jewellery is 316L Surgical Stainless Steel and our Titanium is all nickel free certificated implant grade (F136), we also sell glass, semi-precious stone, a little brass, sterling silver, 14ct gold & 18ct gold. Please note that the fancy parts of some stainless steel pieces are brass based, this is explicitly stated on each items description.
Please do not wear anything other than titanium on a fresh piercing, preferably the jewellery that your piercer has recommended and supplied.
Our titanium is all nickel free. A very small percentage of nickel is typically present in most other types of metal, including fine gold and top-grade steel products – this is totally normal. We like to be as transparent as possible so any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
