These are how we started our stretching mish, there weren’t stretching kits back in Dunedin in ’04 so we had to dead stretch with a crap quality version of these – now we’ve got these 316L stainless steel ones so you can do it safely!
We’re not here for advice as we’re not piercers, but if your ears are cool to let you stretch a mm at a time just do a bit of reading on dead stretching and go from there, or just wear them as the awesome basic plugs they are.
