Orders placed before 1pm weekdays are dispatched same day, we do reserve the right to the odd exception where we may need to get in touch or there are other exceptions outside of our control.

We do! We prefer not to accept returns or exchanges on body jewellery or ear stretching jewellery that's been tried on, this is for hygiene purposes, so we will assess on a case by case basis.

Please note - we DO NOT restock or resell returns, these go into a 'what the heck do we do with these' box, where one day we'll hopefully work out what to do with them.

Returns & exchanges must be sent back at the customers expense.

This is rare which is awesome! Just get in touch with us and let us know the issue, and if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement. You will not need to return the item, just a photo will do the trick.
