Free Shipping Details
We’ve recently made some big updates to our website. Setting up shipping has become a bit more complex, so to keep things simple, we've introduced a standard free shipping threshold for all NZ orders. Previously, the threshold was $40 for urban and $60 for rural deliveries. Now, we’ve met you in the middle – making it easier and fairer for everyone!
Same Day Dispatch Exceptions
We're committed to dispatching your orders the same day, but please bear with us as there might be times when life's little surprises come our way. As a small, whānau-run business, we might occasionally need to reach out if there’s an issue with your order. Whether it’s a stock hiccup or a sick day, we promise to keep you informed and work swiftly to resolve any problems. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!

Please keep in mind, Highness is a small whanaū business, not a big, faceless corporation. All queries and orders are handled by one person.
Occasionally emails go to junk, or we need to take time off, so replies could be slightly delayed. If you haven't heard back from us in 48hrs please just send us a 'bump' so we can look for your message.

Aotearoa orders $50+ are sent via free shipping, orders under $50 are $4.50. Please check the shipping page for up to date details and international shipping rates.

Orders placed before 1pm weekdays are dispatched same day, we do reserve the right to the odd exception where we may need to get in touch or there are other exceptions outside of our control.
