This flat back stud features a bezel set cubic zirconia in a clean, low profile setting. The smooth bezel edge protects the stone and keeps the overall look simple and easy to wear.
Made from ASTM F136 implant grade titanium, the material widely used in professional body jewellery because it is strong, lightweight, and well tolerated by the body.
The internally threaded design helps keep the jewellery secure while the flat back sits comfortably against the skin. Suitable for cartilage, helix, tragus, and lobe piercings.

2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 14 days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order.
