A flatback labret in implant grade ASTM F136 titanium with a dainty three-stone bar top. The trio of CZ stones sit in a clean horizontal line, giving it a minimal but polished look that works well stacked alongside other piercings or worn on its own.
Heads up - these are little! They're just 1.2mm wide, please check the images for detailed measurements.
The 3mm base sits flush and comfortably against the skin. Available in a range of stone colours with PVD colour options. Sold individually.

2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order.
