These implant-grade titanium studs feature a spear shape CZ front on a threadless flatback post.
For some strange reason these are only available to us in 18g & 8mm length (typically we stock 16g) so just flick us a message or leave a note on your order if you'd like a different gauge and we'll swap it out.
These fit our titanium push fit range. They’re much easier to handle than threaded jewellery.
To insert, bend the top at a slight angle to create a bit of friction when it’s halfway in, and it will hold securely. See our diagram for more info.
Please note: These do not fit bioflex, surgical steel, or 14ct shafts; they are designed for use with our titanium threadless posts.

- Orders $100+ ship signature required. Signature can be added free on request for orders under $100. We ship via NZ Post courier.
- Delivery is typically 1 to 2 days nationwide once dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.
2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 14 days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. For 13 years (phew) we've dispatched all orders same day, but for 2026 we've decided we need to prioritise our whānau, physical and mental health. Thanks for sticking with us!
