Aotearoa Shipping

- Urban orders $50+ get free shipping.
- Rural orders $60+ get free shipping. 
- Under the free shipping threshold? $4.99 urban / $7.99 rural
- Rural shipping costs us $9.50, we subsidise this to keep it fair.
- Orders $100+ ship signature required. Signature can be added free on request for orders under $100. We ship via NZ Post courier.
- Delivery is typically 1 to 2 days nationwide once dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.

2026 Shipping Changes

We’ve recently moved to a weekly dispatch schedule. Orders placed before 5pm Thursday ship the following Wednesday, and orders placed after 5pm Thursday ship the Wednesday after next. Why Wednesday? Because we work in our studio one day a week - Wednesday, and from our little brewery the rest of the week. Why a cut off? We don't want to run out of time packing orders and miss anyone, so we pack a weeks worth of orders each Wednesday, and orders placed after the cut off get shipped the Wednesday after. Why is cut off Thursday? It aligns with stock arrivals for any preorder items (ie 14ct, super fancy and expensive items marked preorder).

Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. For 13 years (phew) we've dispatched all orders same day, but for 2026 we've decided we need to prioritise our whānau, physical and mental health. Thanks for sticking with us!
