- Urban orders $50+ get free shipping.
- Rural orders $60+ get free shipping. 
- Under the free shipping threshold? $4.99 urban / $7.99 rural
- Rural shipping costs us $9.50, we subsidise this to keep it fair.
- Orders $100+ ship signature required. Signature can be added free on request for orders under $100. We ship via NZ Post courier.
- Delivery is typically 1 to 2 days nationwide once dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.

2026 Shipping Changes

We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 14 days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.

Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. For 13 years (phew) we've dispatched all orders same day, but for 2026 we've decided we need to prioritise our whānau, physical and mental health. Thanks for sticking with us!
