Dispatch Schedule

We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.

We’re a small family business and this schedule allows us to keep running the website alongside our other work while still giving every order the care it deserves.

Shipping Method

We ship with NZ Post Overnight Courier, which has a target delivery time of 1–2 working days once dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and can vary depending on location or courier delays.

Tracking

If your shipping option includes tracking, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been dispatched it is in the hands of the courier. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
