We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable we may delay dispatch while we source it, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the order.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders where necessary.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, however occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if needed.

Choosing Jewellery

It is the customer’s responsibility to choose jewellery suitable for their piercing, anatomy, and healing stage. Some pieces sold on this website are decorative and may not be suitable for fresh or healing piercings.

If you are unsure about gauge, diameter, or suitability, we recommend speaking with a professional piercer before purchasing.

Piercing Health

Healing times, irritation, infection, migration, or rejection can occur for many reasons including anatomy, piercing placement, jewellery sizing, and aftercare practices.

Highness is not responsible for complications that occur after jewellery has been worn.

Skin Sensitivity

Everyone’s skin is different. While we clearly list materials, we cannot guarantee jewellery will suit every individual. Highness is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Jewellery Handling

Body jewellery should be installed and handled carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, removal, bending, overtightening, or general wear.

Hygiene & Returns

For hygiene reasons, jewellery that has been worn, inserted, or removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned unless it is confirmed to be faulty.
