These are little saviours for pregnant pukus! These little barbells are comfortable bio flex with screw off balls. We’ve got a bunch of lengths ranging from 10mm to 40mm. These are suitable for most 14g piercings, not just navels, so please keep in mind that 10mm isn’t super long, from experience we’d probably recommend around 16mm upwards for pregnancy.

We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.
2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order.
