A double spiral coil nose hoop in implant grade ASTM F136 titanium. Two loops wrap around the nostril for a look that stands out from a standard hoop or stud. Available in silver and gold PVD, in 20g and 18g, with 8mm and 10mm diameters. Sold individually.
Heads up - these are fiddly. To insert slightly pull open the coil, then gently work it through the piercing. Use at your own risk. We stock these because we've been asked so, SO many times for them, and we would rather you buy from a shop that tells you what you are in for. 2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
