We’ve recently moved to a weekly dispatch schedule. Orders placed before 5pm Thursday ship the following Wednesday, and orders placed after 5pm Thursday ship the Wednesday after next.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. Beautifully comfortable to wear and super easy to insert. These 16g bioflex shafts have a teeny little 14ct gold set 2.5mm CZ stud that pops on the top, 8mm length, easily interchangeable and great for various piercings. These are great for labret, monroe, medusa piercings and great for cartilage too.
Please note that the Bio Flex range is NOT interchangeable with our 14ct gold and Titanium push fit tops. These have a thinner and shorter pin and are a standalone product.
Preorder & special order items will be dispatched the same day they arrive with us, that can be anything from 1 week from when you place your order to 3 weeks max unless there's some crazy unexpected delay such as natural disasters, our shipment goes missing or the likes.
NZ orders $50+ qualify for free tracked shipping - rural included. Shipping for orders under $50 is $4.50 urban and $7.50 rural. Please note rural costs us $9.50 per parcel so we're trying to hook you up the best we can.
Orders $100+ will be sent signature required, if your order is under $100 and you’d like signature required please just let us know and we’ll add it for no extra cost.
