These implant grade titanium nose studs fit our titanium push fit tops (they do not fit bioflex or steel). We recommend avoiding overbending/overtightening these as it can make them a bit harder to remove.
These are super cool as you can mix and match all of your push fit tops with any push fit bases ie barbells, horseshoes & flatbacks.

2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 14 days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order.
