One of our most popular styles now comes in implant grade titanium (6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F-136) so they’re perfect for fresh piercings. They’re internally threaded so they won’t cause any irritation to your piercing upon insertion and removal – they’re much easier to handle too! Available in 8mm but just shout out if you want us to swap to a 6mm post (or other size - just flick us a message!)

We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.
2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order.
