These implant grade titanium flat back posts are made from ASTM F136 titanium and are safe for everyday wear.
They’re designed to fit all of our titanium and 14ct gold threadless push-in tops, so you can mix and match styles easily across your jewellery. They’re not compatible with bioflex or steel tops.
Just a heads up not to overbend or force the pin, as this can make them a bit harder to remove later.

We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.
2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 14 days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. For 13 years (phew) we've dispatched all orders same day, but for 2026 we've decided we need to prioritise our whānau, physical and mental health. Thanks for sticking with us!
