Silver implant grade titanium fang top stud to fit shafts from our titanium push fit range , with these push fit tops you can mix and match your jewellery. They’re much easier to handle than threaded jewellery. Just bend your top on a slight angle to create a little friction when it’s half inserted, and it will hold super nicely. See our diagram for more info. Please note – these do not fit the bioflex or steel shafts, they are designed to be worn with our titanium threadless posts.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia only. Shipping is charged at cost price with no markup.
2026 Shipping Changes
We dispatch orders weekly, and we allow up to 10 business days from when you order to when it leaves us. Most orders are out well before that depending on where you land in our weekly cycle, but we'd rather give you a realistic window than promise something we can't always deliver.
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking notification so you can keep an eye on it.
Highness is a two person operation - along with our awesome kiddo in tow, we also run a brewery (come visit Noisy if you're ever in Ōtepoti), this change keeps us under control while still putting love into every order. For 13 years (phew) we've dispatched all orders same day, but for 2026 we've decided we need to prioritise our whānau, physical and mental health. Thanks for sticking with us!
