We’ve recently made some big updates to our website. Setting up shipping has become a bit more complex, so to keep things simple, we've introduced a standard free shipping threshold for all NZ orders. Previously, the threshold was $40 for urban and $60 for rural deliveries. Now, we’ve met you in the middle – making it easier and fairer for everyone!

We're committed to dispatching your orders the same day, but please bear with us as there might be times when life's little surprises come our way. As a small, whānau-run business, we might occasionally need to reach out if there’s an issue with your order. Whether it’s a stock hiccup or a sick day, we promise to keep you informed and work swiftly to resolve any problems. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind return shipping is at the cost of the customer, we will happily cover return shipping expenses if you've received a defective product or if any other issue has been cause by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Plugs, tunnels and body jewellery can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes. If you've received a defective product or have an issue outside of your control we'll happily send a replacement where possible, or refund the item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
