ARCTIC MIST IS NOT A DYE, TONER OR LIGHTENING PRODUCT. This diluter will have no effect on the hair if applied by itself - it’s meant to be mixed with other colours to create custom shades. Due to customer feedback we highly recommend against using with pastel colours as they are already super light and if they're too diluted could potentially have no effect or only last a short time.
