NZ orders $50+ qualify for free tracked overnight shipping - rural included.

All standard sized orders will be sent via NZ Post overnight courier service (est. 1-2 days delivery but typically overnight). Large items ie artwork will be sent via NZ Post economy courier.

Shipping for orders under $50 is $4.50 urban and $7.50 rural. Please note rural costs us $9.50 per parcel so we're trying to hook you up the best we can.

Orders $100+ will be sent signature required, if your order is under $100 and you’d like signature required please just let us know and we’ll add it for no extra cost.

We aim for same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Very occasionally we need to take a day or two off, this will be reflected in our dispatch timer (below the add to cart button.

International Shipping 

We've just got Aussie and USA shipping back up and running, head to the checkout and enter your address for pricing. Please contact us if you'd like an item larger than jewellery shipped so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a large item is ordered and shipping costs more than the automated shipping rate at checkout, if this happened we'd get in touch first to discuss whether you'd like to pay extra for shipping or whether you'd prefer the order to be cancelled.

Other countries - just flick us a line and we'll add your country, we charge our courier companies standard rates and do not add on to this fee. We are highly against profiting off shipping costs and are committed to offering the best price.

• Any product ordered via backorder will typically be dispatched in 1-3 weeks, external factors such as courier delays can affect this timeframe so we appreciate your understanding if backorders take a little longer.
