NZ Orders $50+ qualify for free tracked overnight shipping - rural included.

All standard sized orders will be sent via NZ Post overnight courier service (est 1-2 days delivery). Large items ie artwork will be sent via NZ Post economy courier.

Shipping for orders under $50 is $4.50.

Orders $100+ will be sent signature required, if your order is under $100 and you’d like signature required please just let us know and we’ll add it for no extra cost.

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri where possible, may exclude orders where communication and/or clarification is required. Very occasionally we need to take a day or two off, this will be noted in our storewide messaging.

International Shipping 

We've just got Aussie and USA shipping back up and running, head to the checkout and enter your address for pricing. Please contact us if you'd like an item larger than jewellery shipped so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a large item is ordered and shipping costs more than the automated shipping rate at checkout, if this happened we'd get in touch first to discuss whether you'd like to pay extra for shipping or whether you'd prefer the order to be cancelled.

Other countries - just flick us a line and we'll add your country, we charge our courier companies standard rates and do not add on to this fee. We are highly against profiting off shipping costs and are committed to offering the best price.

• Any product ordered via backorder will typically be dispatched in 1-3 weeks, external factors such as courier delays can affect this timeframe so we appreciate your understanding if backorders take a little longer.
• If you’re after an item that does not specifically state that it’s available via backorder just flick us a message and we’ll see what we can arrange.

• Please consult your piercer for the best advice on the style and size of jewellery suitable for your piercing.
• If you have any questions or concerns about the functionality of your jewellery, or if you suspect that you may have received a faulty item (e.g., something feels too tight, loose, or wobbly), please contact us before wearing it.
• We do not accept responsibility for any injury caused by the wear of jewellery purchased from Highness. We endeavor to provide all relevant information for each piece of jewellery and encourage customers to reach out with any questions before use. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for damage caused by the misuse of jewellery or wearing jewellery in an inappropriate piercing.
